The online assistant, Shelby, was convincing, quick to respond, and helpful without being too pushy. Five stars. The salesman, Tim, was helpful and gave good advice, but wasn’t too pushy either. However he indicated he would work with finance to get the monthly payment to a nice round number with lumped in coverage, but that discussion either never occurred or was not addressed later. Justin worked with me in a professional manner to test drive multiple vehicles and in making a decision as to which vehicle to purchase. He truely had my interests in mind and didn’t try to push me towards his preferences. I was worried that because the salesman that I had dealt with for years retired that I would not have the same buying experience as in the past. Outten Kia is a great dealership. We purchased a 2014 KIA Forte brand new. We love the car and are extremely happy with the services they provide. They are very professional and thorough with their services. The staff is always polite and accommodating. They even provide a pick up and delivery service which is extremely helpful.
