Had to get my first Service completed on my new car. Excellent service technicians, and customer service was appreciated. Comfortable waiting area, no smell of grease or oil...they even give your vehicle cleaned up so your not getting into a dirty car after its been serviced. Everything is priced reasonably and no hidden charges either. You really do get what you pay for. It was a stress less experience.

Pete and Tim were FANTASTIC to deal with! The overall buying experience was exceptional! Pete went WAY out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted for LESS money than we were expecting to pay! The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and there was never any pressure to buy. We LOVE our new Telluride! I HIGHLY recommend Outten Kia!

Justin worked with me in a professional manner to test drive multiple vehicles and in making a decision as to which vehicle to purchase. He truely had my interests in mind and didn’t try to push me towards his preferences. I was worried that because the salesman that I had dealt with for years retired that I would not have the same buying experience as in the past.
